Fanatics Casino is the gaming arm of the popular apparel brand that entered the iGaming market in 2023. I’ve been using Fanatics Sportsbook for a while, and it’s easily one of the best betting sites in the U.S.

Is Fanatics Casino just as strong? I wouldn’t say it’s on the same level as the sportsbook, but it’s definitely worth checking out, and I’d put it in my top five casino apps right now.

It’s cool that Fanatics Casino lets you pick from two welcome bonuses, so you’re not stuck with a one-size-fits-all offer.

I also like their lineup of Megaways slots and RNG table games. The low banking limits are another plus, as you can start with just $10 and cash out with only $5.

I was a bit let down by the jackpots, as Fanatics doesn’t offer the multi-million local progressives you’d find at places like Caesars Palace or BetMGM Casino. Additionally, the desktop platform feels underdeveloped and lacks many features available on mobile, such as promotions and live dealer games.

Here’s a quick snapshot of Fanatics Casino:

  • The casino is available in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
  • You must be 21+ to play.
  • The minimum deposit is $10.
  • Banking options include ACH, debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, check, Play+, Paysafecash, and cash at the cage.
  • Two welcome bonuses are up for grabs: Deposit and Wager $10 for 1,000 Free Spins (+ optional FanCash Spins) or Wager $30, Get $150 Casino Credit
  • No Fanatics casino promo code is required to unlock the signup offer
  • The game library features over 620 titles from providers such as NetEnt, Big Time Gaming, and Barcrest.

I deposited $1,000 to test the site for 6 weeks. I’ll break down my experience in the Fanatics Casino review below, covering games, bonuses, banking, and everything in between.

Fanatics Casino Promo Code & Sign-Up Bonus

Fanatics Casino offers 2 welcome bonuses for players, depending on the state:

  • Deposit and Wager $10 for 1,000 Free Spins (available in PA and WV)
  • Deposit and Wager $10 for 1,000 Free Spins + FanCash Spins (available in MI and NJ)
  • Bet $30, Get $150 in Casino Credit (available in all four states)

No Fanatics Casino promo code is required to claim any of these offers. Each bonus is automatically available to new users once they complete the registration and deposit process.

I’ll break down the key terms for each sign-up bonus below and give you the steps on how to claim them.

How to Get the Fanatics Casino Welcome Bonus

The steps for obtaining the Fanatics Casino welcome bonus vary slightly depending on the promo you choose, but the initial process remains essentially the same. Here’s the complete guide:

  1. Use this link to select your state and go to Fanatics Casino.
  2. Download the app. Even though Fanatics Casino has a desktop platform, you can’t create an account there—you can only log in with an existing account.
  3. Fill out the signup form with your details, including full name, date of birth, address, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
    1. Deposit at least $10. Your welcome offer will depend on your state:
       • PA/WV: Deposit and wager $10 to unlock 1,000 Free Spins on Cops ’n Robbers (200 spins per day for five days, with daily opt-in).
       • MI/NJ: Deposit and wager $10 to get 1,000 Free Spins + FanCash Spins, where a next-day “Supercharged” FanCash Spin guarantees a prize — Free Spins, Casino Credit, FanCash, or a Sportsbook Bonus Bet.
    2. All states: You can also choose the $bet $30, get $150 in Casino Credit offer. To claim, you must place $30+ in cummulative wagers for 3 days, and you'll receive $50 in Casino Credit each day.
  4. For the Free Spins offer, your spins are credited in daily batches of 200 for five straight days. For the Insurance offer, your cumulative losses in the first 24 hours are refunded as Casino Credit (up to $1,000).

Important Information About the Fanatics Casino Welcome Offer

  • Wagering requirement: The Casino Credits you get from any of the Fanatics Casino welcome bonuses have a 1x wagering requirement, so you only need to play them through once before they’re eligible for withdrawal.
  • Game restrictions: Every game counts 100% toward clearing the wagering requirement. Free spins are limited to slot games, while the other two bonuses can be used on any casino game.
  • Expiration: Free spins expire 24 hours after you get them. You’ll have 7 days to meet the wagering requirement.
  • Claim window: You must claim your welcome bonus within seven days of signing up; otherwise, the offer will expire.
  • Eligibility: The welcome offer is available to players who are 21 years of age or older and are located in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia.

How Does the Fanatics Casino Welcome Bonus Stack Up?

Fanatics is the only major real-money online casino in the U.S. that gives players the option to choose their welcome bonus. Some casinos throw out bigger headline offers, but in my book, having the flexibility to pick what works best for you is just as valuable.

Caesars Palace Online Casino leads the pack if you’re looking at bonus size, offering a deposit match up to $2,500 plus 2,500 Reward Credits.

BetMGM Casino dishes out a 100% match up to $1,000 and adds a $25 no deposit bonus on top.

But here’s the kicker: both Caesars Palace and BetMGM slap on a steep 15x wagering requirement, while Fanatics keeps it light with just a 1x rollover, making it way easier to turn your bonus into real cash.

BetOcean has a 100% deposit match up to $1,000, but there’s a catch—their bonus is slots-only, which can feel pretty limiting if you like to mix up your games.

BetRivers Casino offers a cashback bonus which caps out at $500.

FanDuel Casino has a strong welcome package, combining 350 free spins with up to $1,000 back in bonus funds, essentially giving players two of Fanatics’ offers in one.

Time limits matter, too. BetOcean only gives players 2 days to clear the wagering once the bonus is activated, which can feel rushed. Fanatics and Caesars Palace offer a more reasonable 7 days, while BetMGM is the most generous, with 14 days to meet the requirements.

If you’re picking your casino mainly for the welcome deal, Fanatics should be on your shortlist.

Here’s how the Fanatics welcome bonus stacks up to other top casinos in the U.S.:

Fanatics Casino Review

I’ve known about Fanatics for years because I used to shop their gear and sports apparel.

When they launched their sportsbook in 2023, I was convinced they wouldn’t last in such a brutally competitive space. I figured they’d end up like so many brands from other industries that thought they could jump into betting only to flame out and vanish soon after.

Fanatics proved me wrong.

Both Fanatics Casino and Fanatics Sportsbook are now among the top five apps in their respective categories, so I’d say they’ve outperformed expectations in a big way.

In the sections below, I’ll provide some background on the casino and its path so far, along with what I consider to be its biggest strengths and weaknesses.

Background

Fanatics was founded in 1995 in Jacksonville, Florida, and has since become one of the leading online retailers of licensed sportswear, merchandise, and equipment.

Like several other brands with a large sports fan base, Fanatics expanded into sports betting to capitalize on that audience and strengthen its ties.

Fanatics launched its first retail sportsbook in January 2023 and subsequently rolled out online betting apps in Tennessee and Ohio by May of that year.

Fanatics’ profile in the betting world skyrocketed in 2024 after acquiring PointsBet.

In January 2024, Fanatics Sportsbook & Casino went live in Pennsylvania, followed by its launch in New Jersey on May 8, 2024. Today, Fanatics Casino is available in four states: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and West Virginia.

Fanatics Betting and Gaming, a subsidiary of Fanatics Holdings Inc., runs the casino side of Fanatics.

Fanatics Casino is fully licensed and regulated in all its operating jurisdictions, holding approvals from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, the Michigan Gaming Control Board, and the West Virginia Lottery.

Reputation

Fanatics Casino doesn’t have a presence on Trustpilot, so the best way to gauge the gaming community's opinion is by checking the app store ratings, which are impressive.

The Google Play Store rating stands at a strong 4.7, with many users praising the game payout odds and the overall experience. That said, there’s also a fair number of complaints about app crashes and glitches.

On the Apple App Store, Fanatics Casino scores even better with a 4.8, which is about as high as it gets for a casino app. Positive feedback highlights the game selection, bonuses, and, interestingly, one user even mentioned how good their VIP host was.

There’s also a noticeable amount of criticism aimed at customer support. I didn’t run into any issues in that department, but I wouldn’t dismiss those reports outright.

Main Selling Points of Fanatics

Here’s what I enjoyed the most about my experience at Fanatics:

  • Daily free game: Fanatics has a daily promo where you can pick up free spins, Casino Credit, Fanatics merch, FanCash, or other prizes. The rewards weren’t always big, but they gave me a reason to check in every day.
  • FanCash loyalty program: I appreciate how the rewards system is set up, allowing players to exchange their points for gear at the shop or convert them directly into casino credits.
  • Welcome bonuses: Fanatics doesn’t offer the biggest sign-up bonus around, but it does give players the chance to pick between multiple options. I could grab free spins when I felt like hitting the slots, or go for Casino Credit if I was in the mood for table games.
  • Slingo selection: Slingo, a mashup of slots and bingo, has gained popularity lately. Since it’s no longer around on sweepstakes sites, Fanatics is one of the only places where you can still play Slingo online for real money. They’ve got 25 Slingo games lined up.
  • Megaways games: There’s plenty to get into with Megaways at Fanatics, from reworks of classics like Siberian Gold to newer picks like The Goonies Megaways.
  • Low wagering requirements: Most casinos make you grind your way through 15x or higher rollover, but Fanatics sets the bar low with just a 1x requirement, making it way easier actually to cash out your bonus.

Areas Where Fanatics Casino Can Improve

Here are a few areas where Fanatics could step it up:

  • Desktop UX: Fanatics only just released its desktop platform, so I’m cutting them some slack on the early flaws. Currently, the desktop platform doesn’t offer live dealer games or promotions, and there’s no FAQ section to help answer basic questions. I mostly play on mobile, but I’d still like a desktop version that works properly. Some sections, like Power Bet, won’t even load at all.
  • Incomplete RNG selection: I know it might sound contradictory since I praised their RNG table games earlier, so let me explain. The selection overall has a lot of good options, but it’s missing some must-haves like Single Deck Blackjack, which has the best odds of any blackjack variant.
  • Game library size: I don’t judge a casino just by the number of games, but some players definitely will. Compared to sites like BetMGM with over 2,100 titles, Fanatics’ game count feels limited.

Pros

  • Minimum withdrawal is only $5
  • 3 welcome bonuses
  • Daily free promotion
  • Fantastic selection of Slingo games
  • Wagering requirement is only 1x for the signup offer

Cons

  • Limited game selection
  • Subpar desktop UX

Fanatics Casino State Availability

Fanatics Casino is available in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and West Virginia. You must be 21 or older to sign up and play, and be located in one of these four states while playing. The casino uses a geolocation tracking tool, so you’ll have to keep your location services turned on during your session.

Fanatics Casino Game Types

In case you’re just tuning in, Fanatics Casino shows more games on mobile than on desktop. For example, live dealer games are only available in the mobile apps.

That said, Fanatics features over 620 games, which is on the smaller side compared to other big-name U.S. casinos. BetMGM, for instance, has over 2,100 titles, and BetRivers Casino boasts more than 2,000.

All the major game types are available, including:

  • Slots (standard and jackpot)
  • Blackjack (RNG and live dealer)
  • Roulette (RNG and live dealer)
  • Baccarat (RNG and live dealer)
  • Craps (live dealer)
  • Video poker
  • Casino poker
  • Keno
  • Slingo

Fanatics works with elite game providers such as:

  • Evolution Gaming
  • IGT
  • Wazdan
  • White Hat Gaming
  • Light & Wonder
  • NetEnt
  • Big Time Gaming

They also offer some in-house games, such as Fanatics Blackjack and Fire Roulette.

Navigation Through the Game Lobby

Getting around the game lobby can feel either smooth or downright clunky, depending on how you access Fanatics.

On mobile, navigation is a breeze. The main game types are pinned to the bottom sidebar, so no matter where you are in the casino, you can jump straight to what you want in a couple of taps.

The data density is great. Around five game tiles fit on one screen on an iPhone 16, so you’re not constantly scrolling.

Loading speed is excellent, too. Everything responds almost instantly, whether you’re moving between game sections or navigating through different parts of the site.

I did encounter some minor issues, such as once when I scrolled far enough down the homepage and it glitched, requiring me to reload the page and return to the top.

The desktop platform is a work in progress. A big shortcoming is that many features don’t load at all, like the Megaways section. Live dealer games are completely missing, so someone who only uses a desktop might think they don’t even offer live dealer games.

The desktop layout is also awkward. In the desktop game lobby, only six games show up per page, and you have to keep clicking “next” to see more. At other casinos, you’ll see 30 games on a single screen and just scroll down to load the next set.

That said, the game lobby displays the current jackpot amounts and betting limits for each game upfront.

Fanatics Game Lobby Navigation

Slots

Fanatics packs over 600 slots, so you’ll have plenty of options to keep the reels spinning.

I started my slots journey with their Power Bet collection. Power Bet is a feature that lets you place bigger wagers for a shot at juicier rewards, like better chances of landing bonuses or hitting boosted payouts. Fanatics offers a handful of Power Bet titles from High 5 Games, including Da Vinci Power Bet, Eagles’ Flight Power Bet, and Platinum Goddess Power Bet.

I had a good run on Platinum Goddess Power Bet. Off the bat, I noticed that the maximum bet increases to $600, which will appeal to high rollers seeking higher stakes. I passed on the bonus buy but gave the Power Bet feature a try to get more wilds into play. I ended up hitting the free spins and cashed out $55, which left me $42 up by the end of the round. It wasn’t a massive win, but it felt good to come out ahead early.

Fanatics is crushing it with their Megaways lineup. They’ve got some of the hottest picks right now, like Hypernova, Atlantis, and Rick & Morty. Wolf Legend is also in the mix and an excellent choice for casual players, thanks to its low $0.10 minimum bet.

If you’re feeling nostalgic, hit up their Steppers section for a true retro moment. This part of the lobby features classic 3-reel slots packed with diamonds, sevens, and fruity symbols. You’ll find throwback games like Blazin’ Grand and Triple Gold.

The jackpot offering is impressive, featuring over 50 progressive slots. Mega Jackpots titles from IGT bring the biggest prize pools. During my testing, Mega Jackpots Cleopatra was nearing $600,000 and continued to climb.

RNG Table Games

The Table & Card section features 24 games, all ready to play. Here you’ll find computerised versions of roulette, blackjack, and baccarat, where the outcomes are determined by RNG instead of a live dealer like you’d get in a land-based casino.

Fanatics also includes several card games, including video poker, War, and 3-Card Stud.

I’ll break down each category in more detail below.

Roulette

The “Devil’s Game” comes in six RNG versions at Fanatics:

  • Jinzi Roulette
  • Fanatics Fire Roulette
  • Roulette!
  • Double Bonus Spin Roulette
  • American Roulette
  • Deal or No Deal American Roulette

Fanatics Fire Roulette is an excellent pick if you’re after something unique, since it’s an in-house game exclusive to Fanatics.

I spent the most time on Jinzi Roulette, which stands out from the standard versions. It’s a Chinese Zodiac-themed game from Everi, played on a smaller wheel with 13 spaces instead of the usual 37 or 38.

Betting ranges run from $0.10 in Double Bonus Spin Roulette up to $15,000 in Deal or No Deal American Roulette, so there’s something for every bankroll.

One downside: French Roulette isn’t part of the lineup. It’s a shame, since it has the best odds of all roulette variants and would’ve been a great addition.

Blackjack

If you’re into blackjack, Fanatics has about a dozen options waiting. It’s a bummer that Single Deck Blackjack is missing, but there’s still plenty of variety, especially if you like mixing in side bets.

Blackjack Poker & Pairs Surrender is one of the highlights, letting you score bonus payouts if your opening two cards make a poker hand or a matching pair.

The Xchange version adds a twist by allowing you to swap any card in your hand for a random one, which can completely alter the outcome.

As someone who likes fast action, I gravitated to Multihand Blackjack, where you can play multiple hands at once. This version is also the best pick if you’re aiming for bigger stakes, offering a max bet of $10,000 per hand.

Baccarat

There’s just one RNG baccarat game at Fanatics, courtesy of IGT. Bets range from $1 up to $1,000, so it’s not the place to swing for the fences if you’re chasing massive stakes.

The game follows standard baccarat rules, and the banker bet still gives you the best shot with a slim 1.06% house edge.

Other Card Games

Fanatics doesn’t have a massive card game section, but there was enough to scratch the itch when I needed a break from the slots or staple table games. The lineup includes 3-Card Stud and Ultimate Texas Hold’em for those looking to play casino poker games.

Casino War is also on the menu for anyone wanting something different and straightforward. This table game is based on the classic card game “War,” where players place a bet, both sides draw a card, and the higher card wins — it doesn’t get much more straightforward than that.

I spent hours here chasing the big payout on video poker. Fanatics has a surprisingly good variety of these games, and I cycled through Deuces Wild, Bonus Poker, and Jacks or Better. I bought in for $100 on Jacks or Better and kept thinking the premium hand was right around the corner.

Instead, I hit a bunch of full houses but never managed anything better, grinding all night and cashing out $10 short.

Live Dealer Games

Fanatics has partnered with Evolution Gaming, which means the live dealer lineup is as premium as it gets. The lounge features 20 tables offering various games, including different versions of poker, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps, and game shows.

Blackjack players can pick from classic tables, Infinite Blackjack for unlimited seats, or the VIP table with a $500 minimum bet if you’re aiming for high stakes.

The live poker options include Hold’em and Three Card Poker, both hosted by professional dealers.

Roulette fans get Single Zero Roulette and Lightning Roulette, with random multipliers between 1x and 500x flashing onto numbers before each spin, giving every round that extra kick of excitement.

Game shows like Football Studio and Crazy Coin Flip are in the mix too, if you’re up for something more offbeat, complete with a live presenter to keep the action moving.

I had a blast with Lightning Dice. In this game, you bet on the total of three six-sided dice as they drop and bounce through a tower. Before the dice settle, lightning strikes and randomly picks one or more totals, adding multipliers of up to 1000x. Seeing the lightning hit the number I had money on made every roll feel like it could turn the night around, and I found myself glued to the screen, waiting for that one big hit.

Specialty Games

Fanatics has a lineup of arcade-style games that feel more hands-on than your standard slots, and I found myself getting hooked fast. There are 16 of these games with entry bets starting at just $0.20, which made it easy to bounce between them without burning through my balance too quickly. I kept coming back to Lucky Money Tree and Field Goal Frenzy.

The casino also offers Lightning Box Keno for anyone who enjoys lottery-style games.

The specialty section concludes with a solid collection of Slingo titles, which combine elements of bingo and slots. You spin the reels to reveal numbers or symbols, trying to match them with numbers on your grid to mark them off and complete a “Slingo.” Clearing the entire grid, or getting a “Full House,” scores the top prize.

Fanatics carries 25 Slingo games, including Great Western, Super Spin, and XXXtreme, providing fans of this unique genre with plenty to explore.

Fanatics Casino Deposit & Withdrawal Methods

Fanatics gives you 8 ways to move your money:

  • Online Banking via Trustly
  • Debit Card
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Venmo
  • Wire transfer
  • Paper check

It’s a slimmer lineup compared to big names like BetMGM Casino and Caesars Palace Online Casino, which feature 10 or more options, but it should handle most players’ needs just fine.

Some glaring absences include Play+, PayNearMe, and credit card deposits, all of which are commonly available at other top casinos but not offered here.

Below is a quick breakdown of the supported banking methods, any associated fees, and the typical processing time for each method.

Ongoing Promos

Fanatics has a handful of promos lined up for regular players. Here’s what was available during my time on the site, and I’ll keep this updated as fresh offers drop:

  • Daily free game: Fanatics runs a daily promo where you can snag free spins, Casino Credit, Fanatics merch, FanCash, or other prizes. Just open the promo and give it a spin. Sometimes they’ll roll out a Supercharged version with bigger rewards, but you’ll need to wager $10+ to unlock it.
  • Lucky Ladies: A blackjack promo where you’ll pocket $500 in FanCash if you get dealt any suited pair of queens.
  • FanCash Boosts: From time to time, Fanatics offers bonus FanCash for playing select casino games. It’s a rotating promo, so the featured games change regularly.

Rewards Program

Fanatics’ loyalty program is called FanCash. You earn points as you play, and later you can swap those points for sports gear in their apparel store or convert them directly into Casino Credits.

If you want to redeem for Casino Credits, you’ll need at least 10 FanCash, and the conversion rate is straightforward: 1 FanCash equals 1 Casino Credit.

To convert points, tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the app to access your account. In the lower-right area of the banner, hit “Go” to open the converter, type in how much you want to exchange, and finalize the conversion. After that, just launch any game — your Casino Credits will automatically be used first before your cash balance.

The speed at which you rack up points depends on what you’re playing. Riskier bets and games with higher house edges earn points faster, so the more you wager, the more FanCash you’ll collect.

Fanatics Casino User Experience

Here’s how the platform performed in terms of speed, design, and navigation after 2 weeks of actual use.

Positives

Negatives

Blazing-fast app with smooth performance

Glitches sometimes yank you back to the top while scrolling

Handy game shortcuts in the bottom menu for quick jumps

The desktop feels clumsy to navigate

Clean design with a modern look that’s easy to follow

No way to sort games by provider

The thumbnails list key info like min/max bets and jackpots

Missing key desktop features like promotions and live dealer tables

Fanatics Casino Customer Support

I like having quick game shortcuts at the bottom of the app, but Fanatics really needs a sticky live chat button like you’ll find at BetRivers. Currently, you must navigate to the Account menu to initiate a chat, which feels like an unnecessary step.

Once you get through, though, support is on point. I reached out twice: first about the wagering requirements for the sign-up bonus, and then about setting up the location tracker. Both times, they sorted me out quickly with straight answers.

Before contacting support, check out the Help Center since it covers a lot of basics. Please note that it’s only accessible through the app.

Ways to get in touch with Fanatics Casino support:

Security and Responsible Gambling

Fanatics Casino takes responsible gambling seriously and offers several tools so you can keep your play in check:

  • Deposit limits
  • Single wager limits
  • Time-based wager limits
  • Deposit method restrictions
  • Session time limits
  • Timeout options
  • Self-exclusion

Their responsible gambling page doesn’t go deep on educational materials about preventing or dealing with problem gambling, but it does link out to organizations like the National Council on Problem Gaming (NCPG) for those who need help.

Alternatives to Fanatics Casino

If Fanatics isn’t quite hitting the mark or you just want another casino in your mix, check out these apps:

  • Caesars Palace Online Casino: Drops the industry’s largest welcome offer with a 100% match up to $2,500 plus a $10 no deposit bonus. Their legendary Caesars Rewards program sweetens the deal for loyal players.
  • BetMGM Casino: Features a massive library with over 1,500 games, including gems like high-RTP Single Deck Blackjack and French Roulette for those chasing better odds.
  • betOcean Casino (available only in NJ): A top pick if you’re a blackjack enthusiast, boasting 26 RNG blackjack titles—more than most casinos offer in total.
