1. This Sports Promotion is available to qualifying customers from 3/11/20 – 12/31/22. If we decide to withdraw this Sports Promotion, this will not impact any qualifying bets you have placed during the Promotional Period before such withdrawal takes place.

2. This Sports Promotion is open to players located in the state of New Jersey at time of wagering, aged 21 years and placing first deposit on their online Borgata Sports account between 3/11/20 – 12/31/22.
3. Employees of the promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Sports Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

5. If you opt to cash out your first bet early through the "Cash Out" or "Auto Cash Out" features, you will no longer be eligible for this promotion. If you opt to edit your first bet through the "Edit My Bet" feature, you will no longer be eligible for this promotion. If you opt to get your first bet Canceled, you will no longer be eligible for this promotion.

6. To claim this Sports Promotion, you must deposit a minimum of $20 into your account and place, as your first real money bet after opening your account, a wager of at least $20 on any sport. This Sports Promotion is only eligible on your very first wager on Borgata Sports. Minimum odds for each Qualifying Bet are -200 odds or greater (-200, -150, +150, +200, etc.).
7. Free bets will not be considered Qualifying Bets for the purposes of this Sports Promotion. A bet will not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Sports Promotion if for any reason it becomes Void.
8. On placing your Qualifying Bet, you will receive $100 in free bets.
9. Maximum free bet received from this promotion is $100 and can be used on any sport.
• Example: If your first wager is a $20 pre-game wager on college basketball, you will receive $100 in free bets to use on any sport, regardless of your wager’s outcome.
  • Free bets will be broken down into ten (10) $10 bets.
10. All free bets will be automatically credited to your account within 24 hours of the end of the event.
11. Free bets are limited to one per person, household (IP address) and/or computer.

12. Free Bets can only be redeemed via Online or App and must be used as a single bet within 7 days of them being credited to your account.
13. Free bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

If you have made one or more qualifying bets in relation to this Sports Promotion and your betting levels are subsequently restricted by us, we will make sure that this will not materially affect your ability to satisfy the conditions to qualify for this Sports Promotion (if applicable) or to fully benefit from the free bets available.
