NFL Week 11 & NCAAF Week 12 Best Bets
Arkansas +13.5 vs. Texas – 12 pm ET on ABC
Arkansas finds themselves in a good situation heading into their game against Texas. They are coming off a bye week and are set to get a few key pieces to their offense back as QB Taylen Green and RB Ja’Quinden Jackson appear set to return for the Razorbacks.
Arkansas has played some of the top teams in the SEC tough this year, losing by 4 to Texas A&M and pulling an outright upset against Tennessee.
Arkansas has the 2nd best offense in the SEC averaging 483.2 yards per game, so they will be able to score enough to keep this one close and get the cover Saturday afternoon.

Colorado -10.5 vs. Utah – 12 pm ET on FOX
This is a very tough spot for Utah, coming in off a heartbreaking 22-21 loss against their biggest rival, BYU, last week. It’s not just the fact they lost, but how they lost, blowing a 21-10 lead and having a very questionable call go against them to set up a BYU winning field goal.
Now they have to go on the road and face a Colorado team that still has aspirations of making the Big 12 title game and the College Football Playoff.
The Utah defense has done their best to keep their team in games, but they won’t be able to slow down the Colorado offense enough to give themselves a chance. The Utah offense is averaging only 14.2 points per game during their 5-game losing streak.
Look for Colorado to score enough to win and cover Saturday.

Hawaii @ Utah State OVER 60 – 3 pm ET (not televised nationally)
Utah State has gone over in 6 of their last 7 games. In 8 games against FBS opponents, they are giving up nearly 46 points per game.
They do have the offense to at least keep the games competitive, they are averaging over 30 points per game in their last 7 games.
While Hawaii has struggled offensively early in the season, they have found some success recently, averaging over 27 points per game in their last 3 games.
The Hawaii defense is not all that impressive, giving up over 26 points per game in their last 6 games.
With two suspect defenses going against offenses that can score, look for this game to easily get into the 30s for both teams and go over the posted total.

NCAAF Pick of the Week: Georgia -9.5 vs. Tennessee – 7:30 pm ET on ABC
Georgia knows this is likely a must-win game for them if they want to be part of the first 12-team College Football Playoff.
The good news for Georgia is they are at home and playing a team they have had a great deal of success against over the years. Georgia has dominated this series, winning 8 of the last 10 games, including the last 3 in Athens by an average of 21 points per game.
Tennessee QB Nico Iamaleava is in concussion protocol. Even if he is cleared to play, look for the Georgia defense to be at its best Saturday night.
Georgia is the much more tested team, with games against Clemson, Alabama, Ole Miss, and Texas already this year. Meanwhile Tennessee has played one of the softer SEC schedules, with their only impressive win being against Alabama on the season.
Look for Georgia to show they are still an elite SEC team with a win and cover Saturday night.

Pittsburgh Steelers +3.5 vs. Baltimore Ravens – 1 pm ET on CBS
The Steelers have had the Ravens' number in recent years, going 7-3 in their last 10 against the Ravens. The Ravens have only beaten the Steelers by more than 3 points once in those 10 games.
The Steelers have been averaging over 30 points per game in the 3 games they have played since Russell Wilson took over as the starting QB. He has been outstanding, throwing 6 touchdowns and just 1 interception in those 3 games.
The Ravens have not covered once in the last 12 times they have been favored by 3 or more against the Steelers.
This is a very heated rivalry and I’m expecting another very close game between these two teams. Take the Steelers getting 3 or more on Sunday.

Denver Broncos -2 vs. Atlanta Falcons – 4:05 pm ET on FOX
The Broncos have been exceeding expectations this year, posting a 5-5 record on the year and, more importantly, a 7-3 record ATS.
This is not a great spot for Atlanta. They are coming off a road loss to the Saints, and now a trip to Denver is all that stands between them and their bye week.
The Broncos have one of the best defensive units in the league, giving up under 300 yards and allowing only 17.7 points per game.
They will go up against an Atlanta offense that is highly ranked but inconsistent, as the Falcons have failed to score more than 17 points in 4 games this year.
Look for the Broncos to get the win and cover at home on Sunday afternoon.

NFL Pick of the Week: Buffalo Bills -2 vs. Kansas City Chiefs – 4:25 pm ET on CBS
The Chiefs have been living on borrowed time with their undefeated record. They should have lost last week, but for a blocked FG to steal a victory against the Broncos.
The Chiefs offense continues to be unimpressive, and they have finally found an opponent where they will need the offense to do much more than they have been this season.
The Bills can score, especially at home, where they are averaging 38.75 points per game.
While the Chiefs have had luck against the Bills in the playoffs, it is the Bills that have won 4 of the last 5 regular season meetings between the teams. Look for that to continue Sunday as the Bills win and cover as small favorites.
