Picks are released via email and in the Odds Assist Pro Picks Portal from Wednesday to Monday, depending on what games Rob likes.

You can expect around 8 to 10 NCAAF picks and 3 to 5 NFL picks, in total. The majority of NCAAF picks are released Saturday morning, and most NFL picks are released Sunday morning.
