How to Deposit Money with BetRivers
The following list shows the steps to deposit funds into your BetRivers Sportsbook account.
Note that if you are making your first deposit, the intro promo for new customers is a 2nd Chance Bet Up to $500. Only the first bet after your initial deposit is eligible for the bonus bet, so be sure to deposit at least $500 if you want to maximize the bonus. How to deposit money into your BetRivers account:
- In the top right of BetRivers Sportsbook app or website, click the Cashier section and select Deposit.
- Select your preferred option from available deposit methods and enter in the information for that account (such as bank account info, debit/credit card info, etc.).
- Enter the amount you want to deposit and click to initiate it.
- Your money should enter into your BetRivers account instantly. Since the sportsbook doesn't offer a deposit bonus, you will need to place a bet to trigger the welcome offer.
How to Withdraw Money from BetRivers
The table above shows withdrawal processing times. Now, here are specific steps on how to withdraw money from your BetRivers account:
- In the top right of BetRivers Sportsbook app or website, click the Cashier section and select Withdraw.
- Select your preferred withdrawal method. In addition to modern payout options, BetRivers still supports traditional methods for players who prefer familiar ways to move their money.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw and click to initiate it.
- BetRivers will review and process your withdrawal request.
- 80% of withdrawal requests will be approved instantly.
- If your request isn't processed instantly, you may have to provide additional documentation which BetRivers will notify you about via email.
- You will receive your money in a certain amount of time based on the method you chose (see above for payout speeds). Withdrawal times and the minimum or maximum limits will depend on which method you choose.
BetRivers uses RushPay to handle withdrawals. It’s an automated approval system that works on most payout requests (80%), sending your funds within minutes instead of days. If a withdrawal isn’t eligible for RushPay, it still gets processed manually, usually within 72 hours.
Supplemental Documentation
If your withdraw isn't approved instantly, BetRivers may ask you to upload additional documentation to verify your identity. You may be asked to upload a government-issued photo ID, utility bill, or something else.
Once you have the documentation, this is easy to do and most customers don't have any issues with the process.

BetRivers Deposit & Withdrawal FAQs
Yes, BetRivers doesn't charge any money to deposit money into your account nor they charge withdrawal fees. There are some scenarios where your bank or credit card company may charge you a fee, such as if you use a cash advance to deposit the money. For example, online bank transfers are free through BetRivers, though your bank may apply its own fees in rare cases.
Some banks, and credit card companies reject transactions related to online gambling to prevent fraud. If you can't use your credit or debit cards, your best bet is to reach out to your bank or credit card company to let them know that you initiated the transaction to see if they will allow it.
If they do not, we recommend trying one of the other deposit methods available such as PayPal or Play+.
Play+ cards are used by most online sportsbooks today to help customers deposit and withdraw money faster and more securely.
To use the BetRivers Play+ Card, you'll have to register for a card by visiting the Play+ Card tab.
You'll receive a physical card in the mail within 10 to 14 business days, but in the meantime, you can still deposit money into your Play+ account and transfer it to the sportsbook.
Yes, BetRivers is one of the betting sites offering Venmo deposits and withdrawals.
If you no longer want a payment method in your BetRivers account, click the Cashier tab in the top right of the app or website.
Next, click on any saved deposit method to open up the list of options for that method.
Finally, click the Remove this payment account and confirm that you want to actually remove it.
The payment method will no longer be saved in your BetRivers account and you'll have to re-enter the information if you want to use it again.
If you prefer depositing to your account with cash, you can do so by visiting one of Rivers physical casinos, via PayNearMe, or via Vanilla.
Rivers Casino (Cash @ Cage)
Visit a Rivers Casino and tell the cashier that you'd like to make a deposit into your online account. You will have to provide a photo ID and the email on your account. Once the cashier verifies your account, the money will be available in your account instantly.
PayNearMe (at 7-Eleven)
To deposit via PayNearMe, navigate to the Cashier tab and click the PayNearMe option. Follow the one-time registration instructions. After registering, you will receive a PaySlip that you can print or send to your phone. Finally, visit your local 7-Eleven and present them with the PaySlip and your cash. The money will be available in your account with 20 minutes.
Vanilla (various stores)
If you want to deposit via Vanilla, choose that as your deposit method. You'll be presented with a list of stores in your area where you can deposit cash into your account at. Either print out the barcode Vanilla presents you or have the page with. the barcode up, go to the store of your choosing, and present the cashier the barcode and your cash.
Unfortunately, you can only withdraw money from your BetRivers account via physical check.
