List of Missouri Sportsbooks

The Missouri sports betting market went legal after voters approved Amendment 2 in a 2024 ballot initiative. The measure amended the Missouri Constitution to permit licensed sports wagering under the Missouri Gaming Commission's oversight.

Both retail sportsbooks and online betting apps went live in Missouri on December 1, 2025.

At this time, there are 8 licensed sportsbooks in Missouri. If you’re looking for the best options, my top picks are FanDuel, Caesars, BetMGM, and Fanatics.

In the rest of this guide, I break down all of the sportsbooks available in Missouri and the legal must-knows before you start placing bets.

List of All Missouri Sportsbooks

Under Amendment 2, the Missouri Gaming Commission can issue up to 14 sportsbook licenses split across casinos, pro teams, and standalone mobile operators.

  • Casino licenses (6): Missouri casinos can run a retail sportsbook on-site and also launch a mobile sportsbook tied to that location.
  • Pro team licenses (6): Professional sports teams can offer betting at their venues, plus roll out a team-linked mobile platform.
  • Untethered mobile licenses (2): 2 standalone mobile permits are available to qualified operators without needing a casino or team partner

DraftKings and Circa landed the state’s two untethered sports betting licenses.

Currently, there are 8 online sportsbooks live in Missouri. Here is the full list, ordered based on our editorial ratings:

  1. FanDuel: Best Overall Sportsbook in Missouri
  2. Caesars: Sportsbook: Best Sportsbook in Missouri for MLB Betting
  3. BetMGM: Best Betting Site in Missouri for NBA Betting
  4. Fanatics: Missouri Sportsbook With the Best Betting Features
  5. DraftKings: Best Missouri Sportsbook for Props Betting
  6. bet365: Best Sportsbook in Missouri for Live Betting
  7. theScore Bet: Missouri Sportsbook with Best Odds Boosts
  8. Circa Sports: High Betting Limits

1) FanDuel: Best Overall Sportsbook in Missouri

fanduel sportsbook logo

FanDuel locked in Missouri market access by partnering with St. Louis City SC, and it was one of the first books up and running when betting launched on December 1.

They’ve also secured a streaming and broadcasting deal with the Kansas City Royals, which keeps the brand front and center for local bettors.

There wasn’t much back-and-forth for me on the best sportsbook in Missouri. FanDuel was the runaway choice. The app is flat-out the best to use, and they consistently hang some of the most competitive odds across major U.S. sportsbooks.

FanDuel is always cooking up new ways to bet, from Christmas specials where you pick the highest-scoring team on Christmas Day to futures where you’re betting a team’s regular-season win range (40+, 50+, etc.).

When it comes to individual NFL matchups, FanDuel goes full props mode. They offer an absurd amount of alt lines and micro props for tiny stats, like Travis Kelce's first-quarter alt receiving yards, or a Chiefs player catching a pass on the opening drive.

It’s hard to poke holes in FanDuel’s overall product, but if there’s one upgrade I’d like to see, it’s a stronger loyalty program for bettors. Most of the big-name competitors have stronger rewards perks, and FanDuel still feels a little thin there compared to the rest of the field.

FanDuel Sportsbook Quick Facts:

  • OA BetReview Rating: 94/100
  • Sign-Up Bonus: Bet $5, Get $250 in Bonus Bets If You Win
  • Best Features: Odds competitiveness, market variety
  • Biggest Drawbacks: No sportsbook rewards program, not many daily odds boosts
  • Number of Sports: 21+
  • Payout Speed: Up to 5 business days (typically faster)
  • Rewards Program: DFS & Casino only

2) Caesars Sportsbook: Best Sportsbook in Missouri for MLB Betting

caesars sportsbook

Caesars didn’t have to jump through many hoops to get into Missouri. They already had the footprint, so market access was basically plug-and-play through their in-state properties: Harrah’s Kansas City, Horseshoe St. Louis, and Isle of Capri Casino.

If you’re a Royals fan, Caesars is one of the best places to test your reads. Their MLB futures selection is loaded compared to most major sportsbooks. You can get action down on a home run leader, bet every team’s regular-season win total, or target awards like the Cy Young.

Promotions are where Caesars really cooks. They offer a generous welcome bonus and loyalty perks through the Caesars Rewards program. They’ll also roll out seasonal promos like the $750K 50 Burger offer: place a 3-leg NFL SGP, and if one of the teams in your parlay hits 50+ points, you win a share of a $50,000+ Bonus Bet prize pool.

Caesars also gives you strong sports coverage. You’ll find niche betting options like lacrosse, cycling, cricket, and handball, which is a plus if you prefer more than just the mainstream catalog.

Caesars Sportsbook is one of the first places I check when I’m shopping for odds, because they’ll often post some of the best prices on moneylines, totals, and spreads. For a Chiefs game, for example, you’ll usually see -109 on a spread or total instead of the standard -110 at other books. It’s a slight difference, but it adds up if you’re betting all season.

The main drawbacks are on the performance side. The desktop platform can feel a bit slow, and payouts take a day or two longer than some competitors. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it can be noticeable if you’re used to faster turnarounds.

Caesars Quick Facts:

  • OA BetReview Rating: 93/100
  • Sign-Up Bonus: Bet $1, Get 2x Winnings on Next 10 Bets
  • Best Features: Loyalty program, user-friendly UX
  • Biggest Drawbacks: Slower payout speeds, sluggish customer service
  • Number of Sports: 23+
  • Payout Speed: Up to 72 hours
  • Rewards Program: Caesars Rewards

Check out my Caesars Sportsbook review for a full breakdown of the site.

3) BetMGM: Best Betting Site in Missouri for NBA Betting

betmgm sportsbook logo

BetMGM’s land-based partner in Missouri is Century Casino, and they run retail betting shops at Century’s properties in Cape Girardeau and Caruthersville.

BetMGM has been the Chiefs’ official betting partner since 2022, and their branding is front and center inside GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

Anytime I’m looking to place NBA bets, BetMGM is one of the first apps I pull up because their menu is packed with fun, creative markets. Their “Original Bets” are where you’ll find the left-field bets, like first point scored in the first 18 seconds or both teams scoring inside the first minute.

They also post NBA team props that you don’t often see on other apps. One example is betting on both teams to hit a certain point number by halftime. With the way teams are scoring right now, overs on those types of bets can feel like a pretty strong play.

BetMGM is also a great choice for live college football. In a Missouri Tigers game, you can bet on which team gets to 20 points first. Player props on in-state teams aren’t allowed, but game props and team props are, so that type of market is still fair game.

Where BetMGM falls a bit short is moneyline pricing, which is often worse than that of other major sportsbooks. I’d also like faster access to customer support, rather than being routed to the help center before I can speak with a real person.

BetMGM Quick Facts:

  • OA BetReview Rating: 84/100
  • Sign-Up Bonus: Up to $1,500 in bonus bets
  • Best Features: Edit My Bet, NFL rewards
  • Biggest Drawbacks: Quickly limits sharps, UX can be a bit buggy
  • Number of Sports: 19+
  • Payout Speed: Up to 24 hours
  • Rewards Program: MGM Rewards

Check out my BetMGM Sportsbook review for a full breakdown of the site.

4) Fanatics: Missouri Sportsbook With the Best Betting Features

fanatics sportsbook logo

Fanatics got into the Missouri sports betting market through a partnership with Boyd Gaming Corporation, and they rolled out retail betting shops at the Ameristar Casino in Kansas City and in St. Charles.

I’ve been betting with Fanatics ever since they absorbed PointsBet, and the app still feels more feature-driven than most sportsbooks. The Discover tab is a big part of that. It functions as a personalized hub, surfacing marquee games, trending bets, and promotions based on your betting and browsing activity.

Fanatics is also one of the few sportsbooks that offer partial cash out, which is clutch when you want to take some profit early without killing the entire bet. For example, if you had the Blues to win and they’re controlling the game midway through the third, you can cash out a chunk to lock something in, then leave the rest live to sweat it out.

The more you bet on Fanatics, the more FanCash you rack up, and you can use it either for merch in their shop or cash it in for bonus bets. The referral program also helps, as you earn $80 in FanCash for each friend you refer. They’ve also run seasonal promos like an NBA offer that kicked back 10% of your NBA wagers as FanCash throughout the season.

One of Fanatics' best features is its Fair Play™ injury protection rule. If you place a player prop and the player gets knocked out of the game in the first half and doesn’t return, Fanatics voids the bet and refunds your stake as FanCash. Most books don’t give you that kind of safety net, so it’s a nice policy to have in your back pocket.

The one thing that still makes no sense to me is that Fanatics doesn’t have a desktop platform. While the mobile app is fast, it has a few minor quirks. The betslip can block your view, and editing bets can feel annoying because you’re constantly sliding down and tapping around just to make small changes.

Fanatics Sportsbook Quick Facts:

  • OA BetReview Rating: 81/100
  • Sign-Up Bonus: 10 x $100 Bet Match
  • Best Features: Valuable sign-up bonus, competitive prop odds
  • Biggest Drawbacks: Confusing interface, no desktop site, quick to limit winners
  • Number of Sports: 15
  • Payout Speed: Up to 3 business days
  • Rewards Program: FanCash Rewards

5) DraftKings: Best Missouri Sportsbook for Props Betting

draftkings logo

DraftKings was one of the 2 sportsbooks in Missouri cleared to operate under the state’s untethered mobile licenses. They had to pay higher licensing costs ($500K over five years), but the payoff is that they don’t have to share revenue with a casino or a pro sports team partner.

If you live on prop bets, DraftKings is right up your alley. They offer a massive list of stat-based wagers across all four major sports, and their NBA prop selection is one of the better ones out there. One of my favorite options is betting on early-game production, like Jayson Tatum scoring 3+ points in the first three minutes.

Micro-betting has exploded over the last few years, and DraftKings played a major role in getting it in front of more bettors. Their Flash Bets let you bet on the next outcome in real time, such as the next basket, and they are graded quickly. You’ll usually see results and payouts within seconds, which is perfect if you like betting in quick bursts.

The Stats Hub is a valuable resource for quick trends and stat nuggets. You’ll find stuff like “Mahomes has thrown 1+ TD in each of his last 25 games,” and those kinds of nuggets can be tough to dig up without doing a lot of extra homework.

If you’re an NFL parlay bettor, DraftKings is usually one of the best books for promos throughout the season and into the playoffs. Last year, they ran deals like a 30% boost on any 3+ leg NFL TD scorers parlay, along with boosts tied to Same Game Parlays.

The main knock on DraftKings is that it can be quick to limit successful bettors. If you start beating them regularly, they’re known to slap low max bet limits on accounts to rein things in. I haven’t been clipped personally, but I know a few people who’ve have.

DraftKings Sportsbook Quick Facts:

  • OA BetReview Rating: 84/100
  • Sign-Up Bonus: Bet $5, get $300 in bonus bets If your bet wins
  • Best Features: Market depth, profit boost tokens
  • Biggest Drawbacks: Odds are not always competitive, quickly limit winners
  • Number of Sports: 25+
  • Payout Speed: Up to 5 business days
  • Rewards Program: Dynasty Rewards

6) bet365: Best Sportsbook in Missouri for Live Betting

bet365 rectangle logo

bet365 grabbed Missouri market access through a partnership with the St. Louis Cardinals.

Live betting is where bet365 really hangs its hat, and they do it better than almost anyone. Pull up a Chiefs game while it’s still rolling, and the in-game menu is stacked. You can bet on Chiefs rushing attempts, live rushing yard totals, or sacks while the game is still in motion, which gives you way more ways to attack a matchup beyond the basic live spread or live total.

Caesars usually gets the most hype for odds boosts, but bet365 can go toe-to-toe with them. You’ll see 3+ boosts on just about every game, even for niche sports. Most of those are premade parlays, but they’re still fun, and I like that bet365 shows the baseline odds so you can see what you’re really getting.

bet365 is a great one to have in your mix if you like betting outside the usual NFL/NBA/MLB rotation. They’ll offer lines for stuff like floorball, water polo, and a bunch of winter sports, which isn’t something every major book can say.

I also check bet365 first any time I’m betting on racing because the menu is a firehose. For a race like the Daytona 500, you can find 16+ different bet types, from most laps led by any driver, to winning car number, to fastest lap.

One thing to keep in mind is that bet365 sets its odds in-house, which can cut both ways. Sometimes you’ll catch great pricing, but other times they’ll run a little worse than the market, especially on props.

bet365 Quick Facts:

  • OA BetReview Rating: 89/100
  • Sign-Up Bonus: $1,000 First bet safety net or bet $5, get $200 in bonus bets
  • Best Features: Auto Cash Out, insane number of odds boosts, early payout promos
  • Biggest Drawbacks: Subpar prop odds, no sportsbook rewards program
  • Number of Sports: 26+
  • Payout Speed: Up to 24 hours
  • Rewards Program: None

7) theScore Bet: Missouri Sportsbook with Best Odds Boosts

thescore bet logo

theScore Bet entered Missouri by partnering with Argosy Riverside Casino, River City Casino, and Hollywood Casino St. Louis as its land-based partners. Those properties are also where you’ll see retail betting shops open, so it’s not just an online play.

theScore Bet is basically the new version of ESPN BET. Penn Entertainment shut down ESPN BET and rebranded it to theScore, so this is the same operation with a different name and identity.

theScore, on the media side, is a popular Canadian sports app focused on real-time news, scores, and stats. I use it all the time alongside betting, because it’s a quick way to stay on top of updates, and the community/chat piece makes it feel more interactive than most sports apps.

Where theScore Bet really shines is in odds boosts. These aren’t just boosts slapped onto wild longshot parlays. You’ll usually find 30+ boosts live at any given time, spread across a wide mix of sports, and plenty of them are on markets you’d actually want to play.

Just like ESPN BET before it, theScore Bet often posts some of the best lines in the industry, which is enough to keep it in your rotation when you’re shopping for the best odds.

The only real bummer is there’s still no desktop platform. I place most bets on mobile anyway, but it’d be nice to have the option to bet from a laptop without being locked into the app.

theScore Bet Quick Facts:

  • OA BetReview Rating: 73/100
  • Sign-Up Bonus: Bet $10, get $100 in bonus bets if you win
  • Best Features: Sports variety, competitive pre-game odds
  • Biggest Drawbacks: Subpar user experience, not many features
  • Number of Sports: 20+
  • Payout Speed: 1 to 5 banking days
  • Rewards Program: PENN Play Program

Check out my theScore Bet Sportsbook review for a full breakdown of the site
