How to Deposit With PointsBet

Below you can see the steps you need to take to deposit money into your PointsBet account.

Follow these steps to deposit into your PointsBet Sportsbook account:

  1. Log in and go to the My Account section of the site/app.
  2. Click Deposit. All the available methods will come up in a list and other information.
  3. Choose your preferred method.
  4. Enter the amount you want to deposit (at least $10) and follow the instructions to complete it. You will have to submit information such as bank account/routing number, debit/credit card numbers, or something else depending on the method you chose.
  5. Confirm the transaction. Your funds should be in your playing account within minutes.

How to Withdraw Money From PointsBet

PointsBet offers four withdrawal options: ACH/eCheck, online bank transfer, PayPal, and cash at one of the physical sportsbooks. The minimum/max withdrawal limits vary based on the method and PointsBet doesn't charge any fees for payouts.

Here’s how to withdraw money from your PointsBet account:

  1. Log in and go to the My Account section of the site/app.
  2. Select Withdraw and you will see which withdrawal methods are available. If you deposit with PayPal, ACH/eCheck, or online bank transfer, you can use that for withdrawing your money. If you used another method, you'll have to choose one of the options we just listed unless you go to one of the physical PointsBet sportsbooks and to get your payout in cash.
  3. Choose a payout method and enter the amount you want to withdraw along with any other requested information.
  4. Confirm the transaction.
  5. Your winnings should arrive within 5 business days—though it's usually faster.

PointsBet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. Note that some payment processors and banks may charge a small fee, especially if you are using credit cards, as banks may see this kind of transaction as a cash advance.

There are certain banks and financial institutions that don’t support gambling-related transactions. As a result, they may abort your attempt to transfer your money. You should check with your bank before making a payment request to PointsBet. If everything checks out and the problem persists, you should contact PointsBet's customer support service for further clarification.

You can deposit into your account using cash by using PayNearMe or by visiting one of PointsBet's retail partner casinos. If using PayNearMe, you'll receive a unique barcode that you can present to a cashier at a participating 7-Eleven, CVS Pharmacy, or any other store where you can make your deposit in cash. If depositing with cash at the casino, visit the casino teller and ask for more information on how to deposit.

PointsBet does not accept physical checks for deposits or withdraws. Instead, you can use e-checks as an online method that lets you deposit money into your online gaming account from your checking or savings account.
