After signing the multi-state partnership with Caesars, the platform became available in Iowa, among other states. Unibet NJ is licensed by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, the official regulator in the state. New players will receive a $500 second chance bet as a welcome bonus. The platform also offers an online casino in NJ.

Virginia legalized online sports betting in September 2021, and Unibet was one of the first platforms to offer its services to the residents of Old Dominion. The sportsbook is licensed and regulated by the Virginia Lottery, and it doesn’t feature a land-based partner. New users of the sportsbook are eligible for a $500 second chance bet.

Signing Up for Unibet

You don’t have to be a resident of one of the states where Unibet operates to sign up for the sportsbook, but you must be located in one of them to place bets. The only other restriction is that you must be at least 21 years old.

To sign up for an account, you’ll have to fill out some basic information including:

  • Date of birth
  • Phone number
  • Security questions
  • Last 4 digits of Social Security number
  • Address

After filling out this information, you may be asked to upload a government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) to verify your identity.
